Lids broke in less than a week
I agree my kids were so excited about their bottles. Great cool water in summer. All over in less than one week as they both broke the lids within a week- in exactly the same place. Clearly they are faulty..

Fantastic Product; a winner from Thermos
I bought one of these for my son for Christmas, he takes it to school and loves it. The other kids in his Pre Primary class love it too, so much so, that we have bought several as birthday presents. I am planning on purchasing a larger one for me to use. The matching food thermos is also a winner and great for school lunches.

Great for Kids
I bought three of these thermos bottles for my three kids and so far they are great. They have one bottle each out, instead of continuously opening the fridge because the water stays ice cold. Plus no more water rings on the table and then heartache when they put a drawing on the water. They came with replacement straws but I think the ones in them will last for a long time yet. I think they are a great product.

Junk dont waste your money, Thermos don't care about customers
I bought 2 of these bottles and they have lasted less than 3 months lids broken and don't close and the bottom's break apart, dangerous for children and a total waste of money. Customer service don't care, buy replacement parts they say or too bad youv'e used it. Thermos's warranty is not worth the paper its written on and to advertise these bottles as rugged and tough is misleading, they should be recalled.
